Founder and President of consulting firm formed to assist companies in application of computer technology. Services include PC repair and upgrade, Website design, photo restoration, network system engineering and design, and software support.  In 2005, founded  The Viridian Gold Jewelry Store, an online seller of quality jewelry products.  Viridian Gold is a DBA division of SwiftStream. 

1986-1996 Boundless Corporation, Austin, TX (AMEX: BDN)

Co-founded and served in broad management roles of this software provider and manufacturer of network computer, text and X terminals. Boundless revenue increased from $2M in 1993 to $130M in 1995 growing from 15 to 450 employees, after becoming a public company in December 1994. The company made three strategic acquisitions: the ADDS (Applied Digital Data Systems) terminal division from AT&T, EINet from MCC (Microelectronics and Computer Consortium) and the VT/Dorio product line from Digital Equipment Corporation. EINet became TradeWave (http://www.tradewave.com) which pioneered in software products for the Internet and currently supplies security software, servers, and packaged Virtual Private Internet services, in addition to operating the Galaxy Internet information service (TradeWave was sold in 1997).    Boundless Technologies (http://www.boundless.com), the operating subsidiary of Boundless Corporation, is a leading manufacturer of Thin-client computers and the second largest manufacturer of text terminals in the world.
