Video Display Terminal

No matter which operating environment you’re working in, the ADDS 4000 will be right at home. The 4000 is compatible with most UNIX®, XENIX, PICK®, Multiuser DOS and other operating environments. The 4000 emulation set includes Wyse WY-50 and WY-75, DEC VT-52 and VT-100, TeleVideo TVI-910, TVI-920 and TVI-925, Hazeltine HZ-1500, ADDS Viewpoint and PCTerm.

AN ARRAY OF DISPLAY FEATURES

The ADDS 4000 features two pages of display for full or split-screen viewing and variable-speed smooth scroll. Users can choose a display format of 26 or 44 lines with a top and/or bottom status line in 80 or 132 column mode. Other user-selectable options include double-high, double-wide and double-high/wide characters, screen saver and programmable tab stops.

ERGONOMICS

The ADDS 4000 was designed with the utmost consideration for user comfort and convenience. The reduced-glare, high-resolution 14" flat-faced screen of the CRT features selectable refresh rates of 60, 71, 82 and 100Hz for flicker-free viewing, a choice of three phosphor colors and bezel-to-bezel overscan. Full tilt and swivel adjustment and conveniently located user controls make adjustments easy.
