Procurement Options

When purchasing an ADDS terminal, instruct your ADDS distributor or reseller to order the ADDS part number that incorporates the Ethernet Interface Adapter for the specific ADDS terminal you would like to purchase. Please contact Boundless Technologies if you need assistance in identifying a local ADDS distributor or reseller.

UPGRADES VIA RETURN TO DEPOT:

Those who currently own ADDS terminals can have Ethernet Interface Adapters installed at one of Boundless Technologies’ Service Depots. Boundless Technologies has service depots conveniently located throughout the United States. To schedule an upgrade, call 1-800-231-5445. Typical lead-times for this service are within 5 days after receipt of the terminal.

A select group of our distributors have been authorized to install options on Boundless Technologies products. For a complete listing of authorized option installers, please dial 1-800-231-5445, extension 7888. These option installers will work with you to arrange the return of your units to their facilities for upgrade.

PREMIUM ON-SITE INSTALLATION:

If you require expedited upgrade service, you can choose to have the upgrade performed by a Boundless Technologies technician at your location. If you select this option, you can obtain pricing and schedule this service by dialing 1-800-231-5445, and select the "spare parts, repairs, warranty assistance" option.

* Note: Prices and scheduling are based on the assumption that the units to be upgraded are in good working condition. If you would like to have units refurbished or repaired at the time of the upgrade, please inform our representatives at the time of scheduling and we will provide you with a quotation.
